Trim Levels
You can buy the 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee in six trims: Laredo, Altitude, Limited, Overland, Summit, and Summit Reserve. On the Laredo, you get LED headlights and taillights, roof rails, power-adjustable heated exterior mirrors, and 17-inch aluminum wheels. The Altitude gets you a power liftgate, rain-sensing windshield wipers, and 20-inch wheels. Engine
Jeep has three engine offerings for the 2023 Grand Cherokee. The base engine is a 3.6-liter V-6 with 293 horsepower and 260 pound-feet of torque. With this engine, you can enjoy an EPA-estimated 26 mpg on the highway and a 6,200-pound towing capacity. The 5.7-liter V-8 HEMI produces 357 horsepower and 390 pound-feet of torque and lets you tow up to 7,200 pounds. A 4xe PHEV (plug-in hybrid electric vehicle) is also available for 375 horsepower and 470 pound-feet of torque. The hybrid engine lets you haul up to 6,000 pounds. All three engines feature an eight-speed automatic transmission for smooth performance.
Performance
The 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee features a standard rear-wheel-drive system, which can be traded for a four-wheel-drive system for better control and handling over treacherous terrain.
