Sales Support

Sales Support Staff fill a critical role in assuring our customers have a pleasant buying experience at our store. Maintaining the lot by keeping inventory organized, cleaned, and fueled is a critical part in making a good first impression for our business. Once a customer is committed to the purchase of a vehicle, sales support staff assist in preparing the sold vehicle and helping with onsite delivery to the customer. During on-site delivery, sales support has the valuable opportunity to reinforce our appreciation and let the customer know we look forward to seeing them again. On-the-job training provided.

Skills:

• Enthusiasm for automobiles, particularly technology advances
• Good face to face communication skills; speak confidently and clearly, listen to understand, and have the ability to remember names and pertinent information.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a diverse customer base
• Manage multiple priorities and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Advanced attention to detail in vehicle preparation and lot organization
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare sold vehicles for delivery
• Assist on-site Delivering of Sold vehicles to customer
• Inventory photo management, take and upload vehicle photos
• Maintain Lot by staging and cleaning vehicles, snow removal as needed, and ensuring vehicles are fueled

Full-time Certified MasterTech position
